SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Deliveries will be made to the address provided with the details at time of order. The address must be accessible & safe for the courier company to deliver and drop off. Should the courier company decide not to leave the goods as deemed not safe or no one at home to accept and sign for the goods, a note will be left at the address for collection point of the goods at an alternative address, likely to be the Courier’s local office depot. We are unable to deliver large packages to Post Office Box numbers. Please supply a physical address for all larger items. If you request goods to be left in a specific location at your home in your absence, this gives permission for the courier to leave the delivery without a signature. Deliveries will normally take 2-4 working days for South Island deliveries and 3-5 for North Island deliveries. But on occasion my take an addition 2-3 days.  Delivery times for Rural delivery cannot be easily determined due to some remote areas of RD addresses. We will not be held liable for delays in delivery.

 

Some delays may also occur around the Christmas period due to the heavy volume of freight moving around NZ. If time is critical, please order early to avoid freight delays.


International shipping.

Flippin' Tables will not be responsible for delays and/or customs confiscation for international orders. If you are ordering from outside New Zealand, we strongly advise that you arrange your own freight via your preferred freight forwarder and arrange collection from our warehouse. Flippin’ Tables will not offer refunds or compensation for items shipped outside of New Zealand for any reason. If you do ship internationally via us, please check with your country's customs and border control regulations before ordering. Also please note, international orders can take up to 3-5 weeks to arrive, and 8-12 weeks is not unheard of. International shipping is sent untracked, unless tracking is arranged,(and paid for).

NZ SHIPPING

  • North Island shipping cost: $9.00

  • South Island shipping cost: $10.00

  • Rural NZ shipping cost: $15.00


We use NZ Post as our courier provider. We aim to dispatch all orders the following working day. You should expect shipping to take 2-5 working days (plus a couple extra for rural deliveries). 

Get in touch with us at info@flippintables.co.nz if your order hasn't arrived after 5 working days from the date of dispatch.

 

If your order is lost enroute you must report this to us within 14 days of dispatch to be eligible for a replacement or refund. 

 

Damages must be reported within 48 hours to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
