Cheryl Christopher-Roulston (Cece) leads much of the public-facing work as a speaker, teacher, certified trauma-informed coach, and podcast host, with postgraduate qualifications in psychology and a doctorate in theology.
She also co-authors books with her husband Jonathan under the shared author name J.R. Cece.

A Trauma Informed Response Pathway for Safe Churches and Organisations
TRUST Pathway
Designed and developed by J.R. Cece, Flippin’ Tables.
TRUST is an annual course that helps churches and organisations move beyond a risk-only response and build trauma-aware, safer, more human support practices. It gives leaders and teams a practical framework for honest conversations and clearer first responses in real settings.
What TRUST is
A repeatable first-response pathway for disclosures of trauma, abuse, and serious harm.
What TRUST is not
Counselling, investigation, mediation, or legal advice.
Trauma-Informed Coaching
Cheryl Christopher-Roulston (Cece) is a certified trauma-informed coach offering one-to-one support through Flippin’ Tables.
Clients choose their approach:
- Faith-based (Bible + neuroscience-informed trauma coaching) or,
- Non-faith (trauma-informed coaching without a faith framework)
The goal is the same in both pathways: healing, growth, practical tools, and steady support.
Mental Health Course
