Our Flippin’ Desserts! Chooks, Hooks n’ Hooves Pineapple Fritter!
Here’s proof that our rubs do go with any flippin’ thing! Try them on desserts!
INGREDIENTS
Pineapple Slices (tinned or fresh)
Chooks, Hooks n’ Hooves Rub
1 cup gluten free flour
1 cup water
Oil to shallow fry
METHOD
Make a batter with gluten free flour and water. It should be a thick runny consistency.
Sprinkle Chooks, Hooks n’ Hooves into the batter.
Heat oil in a pan.
Dip pineapple slices into the batter and coat well.
Add the battered pineapple into the oil and fry for 4-5 minutes on each side or until nice and golden.
