INGREDIENTS

1 tin sliced pineapple (or fresh)

Chooks, Hooks n’ Hooves Rub

METHOD

Rub Chooks, Hooks n’ Hooves onto pineapple slices

Flame grill over the BBQ or smoker for 3 minutes on each side (or until char lines appear)

*Optional Serve with ice cream
