Cornerstone Crumbed Fish

INGREDIENTS

6 fillets of crumbed frozen store-bought fish fillets

Cornerstone Rub

METHOD

Preheat oven to 180°

Bring frozen fillets to room temperature

Coat generously with Cornerstone Rub

Place fish on oven tray and cook for 10 mins on each side

Serve with your favourite side.
