
Chooks, Hooks n’ Hooves Chicken Drumsticks

We’ve all had roast drums and battered drums, but have you tried to try glaze drums with honey and our fiery rub?
INGREDIENTS
1 Kg Chicken Drums
3 tablespoons oil
2 Tablespoons Honey
METHOD
Pat chicken dry
Pour oil over the chicken
Sprinkle as much or as little of the chooks, hooks n’ hooves rub as you would like- Remember, it’s a fiery rub!
Marinate for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 200° C
Put chicken on a metal tray
Cook for 45 minutes, until the skin is crispy and the flesh is cooked (check by cutting into the thickest piece of a drumstick to see that the juices run clear)
Glaze the honey over the chicken
Put it back in the oven for 5-10 more minutes.
Serve & enjoy!
